Feb 7th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Hi all. No gym today,carried Lally Colums,from Home Depot,into the truck,into a basement,put 12 in the basement.its cement encased in Steel,not sure of the weight,my dad n uncle(64 an 71 yrs old) cant lift them,not sure of the weight but i figure each one is atleast 120 lbs. Besides that part,my day was cake.
I ate like shit all day,donuts,a apple turnover,turkey,white american,lite mayo,tomato on a round roll,sprite, Airheads,water,coffee,
Dinner is gonna be Salmon,in butter,with old bay seasoning,homemade french fries in air fryer,salad,cranberry juice. Today i am thankful for work.How was everyone else day??

Woke up with migraine and sinuse packed full. Throats sore as fuck from sleeping with mouth open. First shift didn’t do much so today has been a bust
 
Trained shoulders. Had toast and egg whites. Protein shake. Chipotle chicken bowl. Took one of my kids to movies and ate chicken sandwiches.
 
Today intermittent fasting. Did not eat until 2. Chicken and rice. Lunch. Dinner was venison chili. All day had meeting including a morning meeting with PO. And an evening meeting with booster club for kids school. Usually don’t see both of those in the same paragraph. Otherwise doing estimates. @John 12 Lally Columns in basement. What are you doing raising the house? Or is there that much structural integrity been lost?
 
Yellow colored stuff I haven’t snorted anything in a good long time. Whenever do last I 2cb so last may is probably about right
 
We used 2 20ton jacks to raise the old wooden columns and pull them out,and alls you could hear was wood cracking.
