Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake blended with oatmeal, strawberrys,2 raw eggs,plain bagel, cranberry juice.No gym today. Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
6 fried eggs and 4 slices of fried bologna. Believe I’m just about tired of the bologna at this point. Had a quart of chocolate milk after. Lunch is boneless buffalo wings. No training this evening even though i keep telling myself that I’m going to make my Wednesday off a strictly arm day only. Grateful today for cannabis. I’d be a mass murderer without it.
 
Probably work another 12 today so again. No training probably won’t do gym till legs on Saturday. I at won’t skip leg days. Think I’m on the comeback with feeling better on test levels. Had morning wood for first time in weeks
 
Thanks hahah. Now to get back in gym next week maybe throw short run of clen to drop this fat I’ve had red past week before heading home for a few days. I want to lion decent and not chubby
