February 17th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all.Breakfast was nothing.Not sure what lunch is,they bring my tray to my room so I’m stuck with whatever slop the chow hall makes,it’s garbage,I am armed with some hot sauce,pepper and ketchup.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
1st meal was 2 biscuits and gravy with 4 slices of bacon. 2nd meal was 4 fried eggs and chocolate milk. 3rd meal was teriyaki chicken, rice, and sweet carrots. Legs hypertrophy night later this evening.
