February 25 diets and training

Today garlic rice eggs and kranski and coffee for breakfast.

Early morning karaoke with a house full of Filipinos. Lol. They love that stuff.

Legs today.

Trained legs. Had 3 pieces of French toast with egg whites. Protein shake with some strawberries and bananas. Everything bagel with 2 eggs. Turkey burger. Not sure about dinner. Taking middle daughter to go see Cocaine Bear today!
 
Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and sausage for breakfast. Had a mass gainer shake and peanut butter sandwich for a snack. Two packs of tune, roll of Ritz crackers, and fudge brownie muffins for lunch. Chest, Biceps, and Triceps this evening.
 
Reg grub. Lots of coffee.

It’s been 70-80 degrees and sunny all week. Its in the 40’s and drizzling rain today.

No training. Teaching baby girl to play chess.

So trying these out and outside of the j rack I don’t notice difference then again I’m weak as duck talking 405 for sets of 3 paused 3 second holds of course haha. But this will shoot back up once I’m consistent again
 
Normal grub to day with the exception of using bacon grease that I saved and spreading over toast instead of butter. Got this idea from my coach Evan and it was delicious
