Good afternoon all. I am going to equine therapy it will be last one for awhile,its truly rewarding getting the horse to trust me,then it’ll do what I want it to do,it’s outfuckingstanding,and for that I’m thankful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Breakfast was 4 eggs scrambled, bowl of grits, 2 pieces of raisin toast, and 2 pieces of sausage. Snack was quart of chocolate milk and honeybun. Lunch was 3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Second snack was mass gainer shake and 4 oz of cashews. Upper Strength training this evening. Been running 200mg Test C per week since dropping the Npp cycle. Going to add 150mg Nandrolone this week and up my Test C to 250mg per week.
