Its no secret that on a bulk we eat a ton of shit, sometimes in excess of 5000 calories per day depending on the person. This would be bad enough if we weren’t also taking shit like GH, which has an effect on insukin resistance too. I’ve always tried to mitigate the risk by sticking to a strict routine with when I eat combined with eating less carbs in general, but I’ve heard of people going so far as to take metformin to decrease the risk, which got me wondering.

What do you guys do (if anything) to keep your Insulin sensitivity up?

Metformin is part of my daily meds. It’s a miracle drug. Not only does it aide in insulin resistance and it also aides in DNA repair.

You should look into it’s many positive benefits.

I wasn’t asking where to get it, I just wanted to know if it was something it would be a better idea to go through doctors for. There qre certain things I’d much rather get through official channels if you know what I mean, sorry if it came across as source talk.
