Instead of taking 100 mg of my prescription testosterone from the pharmacy twice a week I substituted it for .5ml of flashes test c 250 but my testosterone up from 800 to probably somewhere over the 1200s.

And I’m also taking .3 to .4 mL of his tren e 200 two times a week for 120-160mg a week.

And I am taking his 25 mg T-ball whenever I remembered to do so.

The only time my sleeping gets fucked up is whenever I take Melanotan II dose before bed.

I guess since the dose of trend has been so low I haven’t had any sides, I have not had any acid reflux that I get when I normally take it, I haven’t had any restless nights, or night sweats. Only thing that I am having a problem with is my aerobic capacity but being that the dose is much lower I am doing much better than expected when I go to the track and run.

Slowly but surely noticing my chest shoulders traps and arms changing. Been working on my calves pretty hard also and I got a compliment from a girl I’ve been friends with for 12 years she asked me a few days ago if I’ve always had calf muscles, lol

Anyhow wanted to post an update of the low-dose run and didn’t want to start a new thread so……

For some reason I’m willing to bet that you can get the same results off of 150 to 200 mg of test and 160mg of tren than 500mg test and 4-600mg of tren for the simple fact that you don’t have to worry about the side effects as much or at all. Just my opinion
 
That’s so interesting what you said about melanotan II, because I started it two days ago and had bad insomnia the first night. Last night I slept real well but I took the melanotan II in the morning which made me feel like crap all day. Today I’ll try it again with my last meal. I’m only taking 150mcg daily to patiently let it build up in my system.
I agree that you could get great results off half that dose of testosterone and tren. It took me years to figure that out. The healthier you feel the harder you train and the better quality of life you’ll have. The results come either way. Slow and steady wins the race. 🐢
 
I take .5mg for about 10 days I does mine at night before bed so that way I normally sleep through the sides but there are sometimes whenever I can’t which isn’t too often. Then I’ll back off to .25mg once a week. It works really well, when we take the boat out on the weekends it will really darken your tan.
 
Nice! MT2 messed with my sleep last night but I’ll probably have good sleep tonight which happens after a bad night’s sleep. Today I’ll get some sun to let the UV rays do their thing. It’s crazy how my body is so sensitive to things now versus years ago when I did 1mg/day for 10 days on MT2. Now 150mcg makes me feel like total crap haha 😀
