Feeling any better yet?

I’m taking a few day off from lifting. I’ve been feeling sluggish and not recovering at my usual rate. Will hit it hard on Monday. As far as food goes made breakfast burrito with various peppers and turkey sausage then having some turkey chili for lunch.
 
Not yet,just being a lazy bum.just finished chic noodle soup with oyster crackers,carrots n celery

So far today. Rx bar, 64oz of eggwhites, pineapple, 2mcchicken sandwiches, 10 nuggets, large fry, large sweet tea, 12oz parm crusted chicken with fries and bread loaf from long horn, 2 little Christmas cakes, 2 jelly donuts, Christmas cookies, a twizzler, an Oreo, slice of cheese pizza, graham crackers, fat free milk, my daughters left over chicken and rice from Panda Express.
