Good fuckin morning,training and diet

I did bis this mornin,and will do them again later,maybe forearms again.Breakfast was grapes,can a tuna,vanilla protein shake,water and coffee.Tell your wife n kids you love them,and appreciate the small things in life.
 
I’m going home while dad is at work to grab more of supplies and see our dog for a bit
 
Oats…whites…2 cups of high octane black coffee… ~40ozs of water.

Going to train upper later
 
Egg whites. Some crappy version of a healthy pop tart my wife got. It sucked. Trying to eat all the food out of the house before we leave has me desperate

Back on the diet after my splurge yesterday
