Good morning bodybuilders,diet and training

What is everyone up to this weekend?
I didn’t do shit yet,I might take the day off from lifting,Mets have a double header today and I intend to watch both games.For breakfast i had,
1 vanilla protein shake,strawberries,1 pack blueberry frosted poptarts water,that was at 745,now I’m gonna have 3 hard boiled eggs no yolks,1 big bowl raisin bran crunch,water and a coffee.Hope everyone has a great weekend,tell your wife you appreciate her,and tell your kids you love them.
 
I haven’t,usually I dont fuck around with any powder supps,only like the past month I’ve been consistently using shakes to get more protein in.
 
Just woke up. At some cream of rice with butter butter protein powder mixed in. About to go hit legs.

Gotta wash the cars today, laundry, grocery. Trying to get the chores done today so I can chill rest of weekend. Want to get some fishing in, salmon fishing starting to get good
 
I basically had a big smorgasbord for breakfast today. Lately my goto breakfast has been a couple of eggs, strawberries, oranges and veggies like cucumbers celery and red peppers dipped in tzatziki sauce.

As far as training goes, today is shoulder/calf/ham focused day with my training partner. Getting started a bit late because he has errands to run.
 
I’ve had bowl of cereal breakfast burrito 2 pops now turkey and cheese. Have chicken rice and hotdogs pack d for work. Grocery out of chicken breast past two days
