Good morning boys,I know I'm late

Hey boys,a late good morning to all,I was being lazy,I went to bed real late on purpose so i could sleep in later,but nevertheless here I is with the morning diets and training.
Breakfast was can a tuna plain,R1 protein shake,banana,4 iced oatmeal cookies water coffee.I am gonna do bis in a little bit.
What is everyone doin this weekend,I am a Giants fan so I definitely will be watching them tomorrow and will be grilling.

No training. Getting ready for a house full
 
Did triceps and shoulders now eating bacon and eggs may try to get your nap before buckeye game then nap after for sure
 
I’m envious of you buddy,seeing as I cant do that at the moment.
 
I also slept in. Just got done working out and had a protein shake and a banana. Got to go to a friend’s mom service soon so I have to eat when I get back.
 
Egg whites, sausages, sour dough. Speed work dead’s after the wife gets off work, gotta now now, then college football. Iowa/Iowa State is today, been a Hawkeye fan for 41 years, there’s only one team I hate more than ISU and that’s Nebraska.
