HGH is a lot more stable than people think. Once your reconstitute it with bacterioststic water it must be refrigerated. In powder form it’s good for a month which back in the day was the time it took to arrive in the USA from China. Sometimes things get stuck in customs for awhile. It’s fine until reconstituted.

I think testing HGH with bloodwork by injecting 10ius in your delt and then get your blood drawn 2 1/2 to 3 hours later, will give you a good measure for serum HGH and potency.

Inject your water toward the side of the 10ml vial, slowly, not directly into the hgh, then gently swirl it.

So angle the needle into the vial when adding the water.
