Got wonky old shoulders?

Always rehab both the affected and the unaffected. We want to keep them balanced

I do rehab them both, I think part of my issue is my terrible (right) is not in a good way… years of abuse, and 2 surgeries less than 12 months apart 20 years ago have taken their toll, throw in the fact that that is also my arm with a partially torn biceps from 25 years ago and it’s just a recipe for disaster. I refuse to have a 3rd surgery until my arm is ready to fall off, so I keep plugging away with mobility (as much as I can) and the light exercises I do to warm up and strengthen what’s left of my right shoulder and to keep my left shoulder from ever ending up that way.

This is great, and @Kad1 separately posted some shoulder warm ups–static above head DB holds and a couple of others–that I have been using and really benefit from. The static holds truly are a bitch to maintain for a full two minutes, and when I manage that, my shoulders are pumped!
