Slam it home slow plunger press. About 50 sec per ml. Rapid pullout. That sounds kinda dirty.

I’m a bitch with the dart method. Plus theres some spots like chest or legs that have some nerves I’d rather not just smash through with a pin. I start the pin in slow about an 1/8th inch then I speed it up to bury it. Aspirate then nice and slow usually about 45 to 60 seconds per ml. Leave it about 5 to 10 seconds after press then pull it out quick. Gauze over it for about 60 seconds with light pressure then you’re done.
