Making a couple hunks of brisket and a pork loin today. Pork loin has fat marble in it which I’ve never seen in a pork loin before so pretty excited to see how it finishes.
BTW I made bacon and eggs this morning and tried putting some butter on the bacon for shits and giggles. IT WAS AWESOME!!! Wouldn’t recommend making a habit outta it.
