Been on this Helios for three days now. Lab is @GearChurch this stuff is legit. I’m drinking a gallon plus of water a day and two to three packs of liquid IV and I still am waking up with leg cramps lol. I’m only taking .5 ml a day. Also have to take two Benadryl to fall asleep at night. I take my Helios at 5:30 am. So ya definitely legit Thanks @GearChurch and @Ldog

Ya never tried ycohmbine (misspelled) before. I heard it’s more potent then clen. Probably why it’s only 5mg/ml in the mixture. But ya I do feel turbo charged at work. Also working in a very hot environment right now so it helps to drink a shit ton of water.

Both of those dbol and helios blow up my BP but I have hypertension to begin with so its expected.

Definitely @NeuroRN is right but I would also take benadryl to sleep every night it will help clear your receptors for clen and albuterol.

If your bp is giving you problems check out albuterol but not the inhaler you would need ventolin tabs 8mg are the best im not sure if they still are making them honestly

I got love for my brother’s and sister’s

It’s less taxing on the body over all. No it doesn’t have the same increase in metabolism. ECA offers a bump in metabolism without the potential of the cardiac side effects. It also usually doesn’t disrupt daily routine, normal life due to cramps and jitters.

Im also not a huge fan fat burning compounds. I think there’s too much emphasis on them. John meadows did a great presentation of fat loss and talks about playing cards strategically, and drugs should be the last card played. For most it’s the or one of the first. He said he only took 3-4 clen tabs for the arnold show which he looked like an absolute freak for.

It’s a personal thing. I think ECA offers enough for 99% of people. Smallest effect dose, weakest effective drug should be top priority especially with stimulants. ECA offers that. I can’t maintain my normal life on clen. At all. I wouldn’t want to be climbing ladders etc with leg cramps all the time.

It’s not a scientific/medical belief as much as a personal observation of too much emphasis being placed on the drug by most people. That’s all.
