I’m slacking lately,not doin these first thing am,stopped doin the quote of the day…anyways here I is.
Breakfast was 1 can a tuna with hot sauce,fruit salad,1 plain bagel,vanilla protein shake,water.
Just had another shake,R1,2 raw eggs in it,slice of apple pie.Gonna stop for lunch at 1,which will be 2 turkey n cheese,lett,tomato,wheat bread,piece a carrot cake homemade,with milk.
I did a light chest workout this morning,will be doin another before dinner.going to mother in laws house for dinner,so maybe I’ll hop on the quad a bit since that’s where I keep it.Have a good day,and despite of Americas issues right now, we are all blessed to live here,anyone whose been to a fucked up country before can attest to that,so be thankful in some way shape or form.

Turkey bacon
Bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese
Orange

Meal two is some leftover chili

Meal 3 some chicken and rice

Dinner will be salmon, potatoes, and salad

Will have a protein shake and banana at some time

Got legs today, looking forward to it
 
4 hard boiled eggs and a cup of yogurt. Got outta work early so I’m gonna go do a shitload of push-ups, box for a while and throw around the dumbbells a bit. Lunch is grilled chicken with traeger seasoning wrapped in lettuce. Dinner is whatever the wife feels like feeding me, probably salmon with asparagus.
 
My wife got the last batch in oil,I had to reprimand her,I want my chunk light in water

300 isn’t that big I’m finding be 320 this time next year hahah
 
And a bit older not plans to be this big after 40ish depending on the 45 I want 245 at most
 
You’ll see where your natural weight levels out at when you’re older. Then adjust as health dictates.
