That peptide combo works surprisingly well.
I am taking it currently for some lingering shoulder injuries.
Some people take it a few times a year as an “oil change” type of maintenance for nagging little stuff.

Bpc is site specific tb is wherever since I just run them together if I got a specific injury it all goes there

For tennis elbow I always use as close to the injury as possible thats what all the information I gathered on the bpc but Im sure there always different options

Boss I have several lower discs completely degenerated and a herniated one. My toes have curled up and are trying to turn. Had to severe the tendon in one it was so bad. I feel your pain. There is no good answer. My experience has taught me that working all of your stabilizer muscles helps a lot. Physical therapy usually focuses on that. First time I went guy said “ you look strong “ he put me on lat pull down and said “how much can you do?” I did stack. He then put me on a bouncy ball and said “ lift one leg up and just set there” I couldn’t do it at all. Chiropractor helps keep everything straight. I have a theragun massager keeps your muscles relaxed. THE ONE THING that has helped me the most was a true traction table. Pretty much strap you to a table and hook a wench to you a pull you apart. Kinda like torture. It hurts the first time or two but it has gave me relief from that throbbing constant pain going down my legs. It is a process. Not overnight. What did not help was steroid shots, cauterized nerves and so on. I feel like it actually caused instability and weakness

I bought one. It made my sciatica so bad I was bed ridden in severe pain for a month. I had to crawl on the floor to the refrigerator to eat, and the bathroom to pee. It caused massive inflammation in my spine that pressed against the sciatic nerve. Worst idea ever!

I have an inversion table. I think it helps keep your back loose but I wouldn’t try it if you’re hurting. IMO makes it 10x worse. Some chiropractors do traction tables. A buddy says that does help. I never tried it

Im about 2 and half weeks into physical therapy and home expenses they got me doing and I actually feel quite a bit better haven’t been to the gym in almost 6 weeks she wants me to stay out a few more to see what happens
