Sup y’all,
I have dumb bells ranging up to 50lbs and a 30lb kettlebell. I’ve been doing as much as I can think of with the kettlebell to try and stay in shape as well as strict movements with the dumb bells. I finally found a flat bench on Amazon that wasn’t sold out. awaiting the arrival of that. My workouts have pretty much been Swings, goblets squats, lunges, lots of push ups, turkish get-ups, shoulder presses, curls, dips. I’m looking to change some stuff up as my body is getting very adapted to the kettlebell. So I want to know, if you have limited equipment at home, what have you all been doing? - Dirty
 
Prison workout which is basically the same as military workout. A mix of calisthenics and lifting anything that has weight if you have to DIY and build what you need out of whatever you have books and water are whats frequently used in place of weights in prison.
 
For sure. I’ve been bringing some stuff we used to do in the Marines. I was trying to see how else people were getting creative during these times. I’m on ebay/craigslist/letgo every day looking for equipment. The markup right now is nuts
