How much protein is actually needed?

Yes, it should be higher, also depends on your needs and goals for the cycle, sometimes I depend on carbs more, however I am not eating less then 3x my body weight in protein at any given cycle…

Ha ha, I laughed…pro-pre biotics seem to help some but it still happens.

200g off cycle 400g on cycle are the numbers to aim for but not all of us can pack down 200g of meat protein. I would say on cycle shoot for 400g and off cycle shoot for 200g. It could make a difference in gains definitely.

I just sas this convo and ive been trying different clean everything out natural supplement.
So far I’ve tried senna tea and other products im going to try apple cider vinegar.
I eat so much real protein every day I need to get the most out of it because that’s how primo works just feed it protien and workout

I’m eating 200 g of protein on 2000 calorie diet so I’m sure when I get to slight bulking stage of cycle 300 will be where I’m at hompefully weighing 260-270

Yes me to, I depend on it a lot, but the food does fuck me up it’s to much sometimes, gassy n shittin a lot,my sister does the applecider vinegar and swears by it

What Im curious about is how much an hour is used for muscle repair. Ive heard 40g per hr is possible (for hypertrphy) but ive heard bb eat 50-60 per meal. Ive heard your body can process protein in high amounts but not for your muscles. I find it hard eating 5-6 meals a day with my job and would love to see some cold hard data on protein intake. Anecdotal would probably better because I have scrounged the internet. I def have a smaller body type because it doesnt seem like some of my naturally bigger frirnds dont deal with this issue

I can only comfortably eat 3-4 high protein meals a day, when I’m cycling, after that it’s pretty much force feeding, I get 150g+ from shakes. I try to have at least 4 shakes a day. You’ll grow on any high protein diet, the variable is how much. If your only getting 200g protein, you’ll see gains, but they won’t be nearly what they could be on 400.
