I know man that pump from slin is just outta this world. What does your protocol look like? I just started back up last week again but this time I only do 2 iu pre-work out and 15 post. My last run I started gassing out during my workout 3/4 of the way through and that was 10iu pre, even sipping on carbs and aminos during I was dragging ass during the end. Now doing minimal pre and majority post I’m killing my sessions again. I’m really interested in Lantus though and would love to hear some hands on experience if anyone has any.
 
I’m kinda mixing up a bit right now. 8 iu log pre. Then carb\amino shake timed out and protein shake to end of workout. Post will depend how I feel and where blood sugar is sitting at. I retest my sugar as soon as home from gym and my shake is finished by that time. I’m documenting where I am and how I feel to make adjustments accordingly.
 
I never liked R and had best results on log actually but that’s just my personal preference. I don’t have a problem getting it at all so no worries. Have a a years supply left and 2 more years on way this week lol.
 
Cool post. I’ve got great results off using slin pre and post workout. Pumps are definitely insane.
 
for your intra shake, you mentioned carbs and aminos in it, any protein source? I’ve read that’s usually the go-to, carbs and protein.
 
Not in my actual intra shake, I have a separate protein creatine shake that I stop mid workout and take down.
