Imo it never hurts to get an occasional full panel. BUT if you’re feeling good and hitting on all cylinders then a little skew in blood levels isn’t the end of the world.

You’re obviously a great responder. Those levels are great.

Have you ever contemplated proviron?

I will give a word of caution. I’ve had blood labs done 3 x already this year…maybe 4 for one reason or another. Imo that lends itself to snapshots of a spike in something and the subsequent “panic” which I’m guilty of. @NeuroRN has talked me off the ledge a few times.

I’m getting ready to post labs i just received today. Stupid easter bunny wrecked my a1c.

I will look into proviron. Thanks for the feedback.

I’m still getting my bearings here on this board. I appreciate all the encouragement. It seems like a good group of people here.

Thank you.

Absolutely no berating bullying belittling insulting etc. in general we try and practice harm reduction for a healthy enhanced lifestyle for everyone. There’s a handful of actual highly competitive bb’s here.

We encourage questions no matter how basic…that’s how stuff is learned and how information is exchanged.

EVERYONE has something to offer.

Oh you probably won’t get it from them…it’ll be the rest of us old bastards! Haha

A watershed moment: I’ve been referred to as “geriatric” for the first time.

I will say that when I was growing up, the 50+ year old men I knew were nothing like me or the other geriatrics on this board. They were overweight, out of shape, balding, didn’t exercise, and generally instantiated every stereotype of a washed up old man. And they looked and acted OLD. The guys on this board and my other 50+ year old friends are nothing of the sort: They are all in shape, banging their hot wives (usually younger ones), and either lifting serious weights or running serious distances. A few are doing the crazy cross-fit stuff. But none are mailing it in as “old.” Things have shifted quite a bit. 50 is the new 30. I like that.

Haha I’m the exact same way…maybe we’re changing the narrative of what geriatric means or at least pushed it back 20 years
