Trained shoulders and did some light cardio on the elliptical. Had 2 eggs, a cup of white, 3 oz of shaved steak and 2 pieces of toast. Had a protein shake and banana after training as well
 
Started to workout earlier was on the bike warming up got interrupted with some work shit, heading back over at 5 to hit some arms and core going to add those one armed suitcase carries @Poppy. Sust is definitely kicking in
 
Same grub today. Back on the path after my cheat meal last night.
Trained Chest and upper back today.
30 min bike for cardio
 
Ordered take out from hospital today. Used doordash for first time. Had chicken parm. Was ok. Wasn’t like I can’t wait to order it again. Am sure @Kad1 or @John chic parm recipe is better certainly looks better anyways.

No exercise today.

Damn that looks like a Boston market or something I’m back to the chicken and rice for the day maybe a bag of chips in the middle meal slowly add the cals back to find my maintain amount

Ok here ya go
3 separate bowls
1 with flour seasoned w/ salt pepper, garlic powder , Italian seasonings, paprika.
1- with 4-6 raw eggs scrambled
1- almost equal parts, seasoned bread crumbs, grated parm cheese, Panko bread crumb

3lb boneless skinless chicken preferably thin sliced.
Pound out with mallet to make even thinner, do t go nuts

Place chicken in the flour covering both sides. Shake off extra flour. Be sure all meat is covered.
Dip floured chicken into beaten eggs let excess drip off tjen place into the bread crumbs covering entirely.

In a large pan heat vegetable oil enough to almost cover chicken

One pan is hot place each cutlet into pan carfully so you don’t splatter oil.
Cook 3-4 min each side or until golden brown.
If oil is too hot it’ll burn the bread crumb
Transfer to a rack for cooling

Place chicken in a baking pan cover with small amount of sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted roughly 20 min
