Breakfast was cheese steak,cheese n pepper, bananna water n coffee,wasnt really hungry, forced it down.Were baiting our stands now.Hope everyones day goes good.
 
Just left one of my spots,got a guy on my cam,looked like a hiker,didn’t have no weapon but still…

Arms/forearm stuff. More stupid abs and cardio. I had the usual protein shake and banana then drank some egg whites and leftover chicken on English muffins
