JANUARY 10TH EDITION OF LIFE,DIETS AND BODYBUILDING.

Good afternoon all.No breakfast,didn't get up til almost noon,stayed up til 2 am watching Netflix documentary.Lunch was homemade Mac n cheese,with chicken,bacon and ranch,raw veggies,red bell pepper and carrots. Then I went and tire flipped at gym,5,4 minute intervals. Then I went and checked 2 local lakes I ice fish,to see the thickness,I have a gas auger,it blows right thru the ice,one lake had about 4 inches,which I can tolerate,however the other lake,I broke thru ice near the shore,went in up to my knees,it was uhhh kinda cold,but exhilarating.Hopefully I can get out this Sunday morning on the safe lake.
Dinner will be,chic breast sandwiches on whole wheat bread,toasted,light mayo,lettuce,tomato,and home cut French fries and cheese cake.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Going to train legs after work. Meals for the weekend will be 3 egg breakfast sandwich on sourdough. Yogurt, almonds, another slice of toast with peanut butter. Chicken quesadilla. Steak tips and rice. Protein shake with banana. My meat delivery from Omaha came late night and was frozen. (I didn't know that) So I'll be eating tuna steaks I'm guessing by Monday maybe
 
Uhh buddy,do your research lol,all that stuff typically come frozen...I was looking at a couple other places like omaha,some even add extra dry ice to ensure it stays frozen.
 
There's a place called,Wild Forks,they have a exotic section,I went thru it and it surprised me,they had so many different options,elk,ostrich,rabbit sausage,bison,venison,alligator tender loins,ground yak,Wild boar,cow tongue,beef intestines,beef cheek meat...that's all o can remember,and that's not even half of the exotic section
 
I pigged out today after fasted labs. Ham n cheese omelette hash browns with onions toast. Lunch was a Bojangles steak egg cheese biscuit with fries. Dinner eggs over easy toast bacon. Took a nap in between lunch and dinner.

That smaller pouch inside the old alice packs was for the prc 77. I have no idea what is used these days. Something digital im sure.
