No training today either. Same food as yesterday with the exception of going out for Cambodian food tonight. Never had it before so. :crossed_fingers:
 
Doing l should pump work juat blood flow really abs and cardio today. I want my joints to get rest but also constantly have blood going through them for recovery
 
Took two massive loads of crap to the dump to include a broken freezer that I loaded myself. I’m spent…

Luckily there was a young fella ther unloading yard waste branches… I helped him and he helped me unload the freezer.
 
Still sick. No training. Made homemade chicken soup for lunch and just put meatloaf in the oven for dinner
 
So there is group of people I bs with on slack app and we have a channel for food pics. There’s an ongoing bit that one guy has to get his wife’s rack in the pic with his food when ever they go out. It makes me laugh when you can tell she isn’t feeling it as she is trying to get out of pic
