My coach working to get me fully sponsored haha
 
Trained chest and triceps. Protein shake. Hamburger, onions, peppers and spicy salami over rice. Chicken sausage and pasta. Yogurt and sourdough toast. Oatmeal.
 
They had left over pizza at work so I had that one meal and thing I’d spaghetti meat sauce for another. I just can’t seem
Yo get my self to eat the rice I can force down the chicken as I know I need the protein but I’d rather eat anything but rice for my other calories
