No gym today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
No training for me either. Snowing pretty good and should have a few inches by the time I get out of work.
Food has been the usual, oatmeal and egg whites, yogurt and cottage cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken wrap and a protein shake.
Breakfast and lunch were food, a few snacks too. Down to 208 - 212 depending on the day of the week. Wife conned me into joining a commercial gym, we’ll see how that goes. Luckily it’s owned by one of the hospitals and is used mostly for rehab patients, so the free weights are always open… downside is I already seen a guy I fucking hate in there… so I’ll probably stick with my PL gym most of the time
I wish I had pl gym here. I’m actually thinking of buying my own weights because we have zero calibrated plates and I have no room for growth after this next meet reallh
At one time rogue had reasonable prices on bars w/weight combos, the shipping is what kills you. Look into a bench/squat stand combo since you probably don’t squat out of a mono in your meets, and build a DL platform out of 6 sheets of plywoood and 1/2” thick rubber Matt’s.
