Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 protein shake blended with oatmeal and strawberrys, banana,water.No gym.Football today is about all I’m doin.I am grateful for my time coming to an end here been cooped up here awhile,not sure how my progress is gonna hold up against the real world.Hope everyone has a good Sunday.
 
This is Lily,the guy I smoke with here’s service dog. She/her owner don’t abide by typical service dog rules or life style… so she was standing in her rooms door way look at me so I enticed her over with a dog treat then got her to jump on my bed.Really makes me miss my dogs though.

Yeah being away from animals sucks. I know ky dads dog will be excited to see me and the little Jackie girl was so happy I stopped by the other day to give my ex card for dead cat
 
I’m a softy todya she wanted the Hardy luckily I got home to late was ready to turn it down till I was driving and go Hornh
 
Progress I will take away is that I can be vulnerable,and emotional in front of people and still be a “toughguy”.
I worked thru a particularly shitty experience over seas which has played a role in a lot of my issues.Overall,I believe I could have made more progress, despite multiple people telling me I made progress it doesn’t quite feel like it…The therapy I did is called P.E. Prolonged Exposure.Its a lot to explain so look it up if you’d like.
