Good morning all.No work today.Just lounging around doin nothin until later,goin to see my dogs and daughter.No gym.Breakfast was light,4 HB eggs no yolk,3 turkey sausage,banana,coffee and water,half mg of 🍄🍄. As for today i am grateful for the small dose of mushrooms,im so much more calm,laid back,not as anxious or wound up as tight,yeah their fun to macrodose,but their actually extremely helpful on a daily basis,just had to alter my budget a bit if i want to stay steady and consistent with them.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.Also where the fuck are you @Cluster. So theres a few guys on here i had there numbers,but i got a new phone,nothing transferred over so,everyone who has my number,please text me and identify yourselves so i know who you are please.

Teleworking due to a bug. Big boss is very lenient about not coming to work sick.

May or may not go to gym. Can’t call it.
 
Hit some back earlier this morning. So far the gym has not been bad as far as being crowded. Maybe all these people doing ozempic and being body positive ain’t so bad after all lol
 
Awesome @John and hopefully that will work. Your right, those things are not cheap. My friend has been able to get away with 1 piece a day and he says it keeps him focused and not so edgy. I still haven’t tried it.
 
For me,everything is “toned” down,im not wound as tight,more patient,not as edgy,but still able to keep my guard up and remain alert.
