Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake, banana,1 plain bagel,4 turkey sausage, cranberry juice and water.Gonna do arms at the gym.Today I am grateful for another shot at life,every day is a new day.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Trained back and biceps this morning. Having a shake now. Probably 2 eggs and oatmeal after a shower. Chicken and rice for lunch.
 
Rest of pumpkin spice cake and cup of whites.

Just got done pushing.

Last day of vaca. Hamster wheel tomorrow!!!
