January 6th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all. Workin half day then going hunting the other half,we’re suppose to get around a foot of snow so hopefully they will be moving early trying to eat before they bed down during the storm.no gym today.Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,1 cinnamon raisin bagel,banana,water.
Lunch will two roast beef with swiss,spicy mustard,tomato on whole wheat bread,drinkable yogurt,cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner,hopefully it will be fresh deer meat.Today i am grateful for the opportunity to be able to hunt today during the snow,it is intensely quiet,and beautiful.Hope everyone has a great weekend.
 
Decent size bowl of grits and two whole eggs three egg whites. Got a pound of chicken and two cups of rice and the car with me right now… About to go cook eight pieces of turkey bacon eight more egg whites… Got my thousand calorie protein shake for my midnight snack. Well also eat a half pound of cheese pepper jack of course… It missing one meal I don’t know what I’m going to do for that yet

All right damn it I cheated on my diet a little bit I threw in some of that spicy nacho cheese sauce and mixed it in with my chicken and rice… I think it filled me up more or bloated me up more rather just than eating it plain… Don’t know if I like that but damn it tasted good

No training. Just started snowing here as well. Getting everything ready so I can snowblow when I get home and go to bed. Made a beef roast with potatoes. Chicken and sweet potatoes. Eggs and home fries. Yogurt and almonds. Protein shake and a banana.
 
It was bare when i got to my treestand,when i climbed down at 450,we had a decent 1.5 in covering
 
Wow… that much snow would shut us down. Hahaha

I think we have one snow plow for a 3 county area. Couple salt trucks
