January 8 installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake,plain bagel, banana,cranberry juice,coffee.Gym is open today so I’m gonna do something not sure what though…Hope everyone has a great day.
 
That’s fine,but my priorities here at the the VA have been fucked,it’s just that you don’t know the whole story buddy…

Meat and potatoes
 
Normal diet all day. Had big cheat meal for dinner. Homemade chicken scarpiello and pasta.
Down to 200lb
Trained quads and calves today
 
Still pretty chubby though. Obviously training is very low due to Pec, but it is creeping back up.
