Breakfast:Banana, apple, cottage cheese, oats
Lunch: Subway Sub
Dinner: Salmon, banana, string beans, oats

I did a full upper body pump workout

Our girls club u19 soccer team just won nationals today in North Carolina. They played California who they lost to earlier in the tournament and just beat them at finals. Yeeehaww
 
Well ate chciken biscuit and some ice pops did chciken and rice for work. No training hope I can hood weirgjt toMororw. May order wrist straps wish I knew what I did to it but whacked the bone pretty good I guess. I’ve tody and hope for best. Worst case in meet it will just make me move weight quicker so it doesn’t thier as long
 
Yes. I coached many of those girls in youth soccer. Not that I’m taking credit for it. The club coaches here have way better coaching skills then me. But it makes it personal for me cause I know many of those girls so well. I actually talked to two of them today while they are driving back. They are super excited and they worked hard for this and it paid off in huge. These girls are always in the gym and practicing on their own. They have a lot of drive.
