Not shit,I finally tried goin to bed at 530 this morning,and took sleeping meds at 430 and was still up til 7 am,so much for the meds, sometimes they work and other times it’s like what the fuck @Cluster. I know my sleep isn’t as shitty as yours. Although I will say, 8 hours a sleep is the same for me as 3 hours of sleep.i always function fine during a work day.Or whatever it is I have to do for the day I’m not tired.
