July 1st installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.No gym.about to leave for work.
Breakfast was peach chobani,cut up strawberries to put in it,4 turkey sausage,banana,coffee water. Lunch will be roast beef n swiss on a round roll,lett,tomato,lite mayo,cranberry juice.Dinner will be tuna steak,basmati,and a salad.
I woke up this morning with a text message from my neighbor with the lovely ass from last night,she said she was making margaritas and asked if i wanted one,hmmmm,i was in bed anyways,it was 930…l had given her weed yesterday in the afternoon,so maybe the margaritas were her way of being friendly in return,but why wait to ask me at 930 at night…i hope that if i was awake, i would have been strong enough to tell her no…anyfuckinways,i am grateful i was already in bed when she text me.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Breakfast was 3 fried egg and bologna sandwiches with mayo. 2 eggs per sandwich and 1 thick cut slice of bologna per sandwich. I know the sodium in the bologna is horrible but I’ve been hoping it might keep me from sweating so much. First snack was chocolate milk and peanut butter sandwich. Lunch is 2 packs of lemon pepper tuna. Second snack is a peanut butter sandwich. Pull day this evening. Had a good push day yesterday with flat bench, flys on flat bench, Incline Bench, tricep pushdowns, shoulder press, skull crushers, machine overhead extension, and machine flys.
 
I’m smashing a bottle of water, sometimes 2 every time I get near the truck. Between my ground man and myself we’re drinking a 24 pack of water per day. I’m still going home feeling dehydrated
