July 22nd installment of diets and training

Good morning all. No gym,just work.Breakfast was 5 hb eggsno yolk,turkey sausage,strawberries
,banana water.Not sure about lunch or dinner,probably leftovers from my party on Saturday.Today i am grateful for my family and how we stay tightly knit,no matter what happens. Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
