Good morning all.Breakfast was French toast with whip cream and homemade strawberry jam,4 HB eggs no yolk, banana, cappuccino and water.Fuck lifting today,hope everyone enjoys their day.
Haven’t done this in years,but I think I’m gonna go to driving range/batting cages,and just hit the piss outta some balls,I got something I can feel building up inside,not sure why or where it’s coming from,but it’s gotta go.
Ever thought of a heavy bag? @NeuroRN has water filled one… I have a regular one with nice gel 16 oz gloves to lessen impact on joints. The water one is supposed to be the same although I’ve never used one.
I go wear mine out a couple times a week. Good to get it out of ya.
I put feelers out for one 20 years ago and a martial arts buddy found one for me free. It was ised but works fine.
So you two brought up good points,for now I’m goin to go to my new gym option,they have a heavy bag,and speed bag.just got to batting cages with the kid,gonna hit the bag tomorrow and I will look on Amazon for water bag
Legs went down today had the new crackberry from flavorgang for the 2 meals before and my protein muffin after. Solid flavor has the blueberry taste of little Debbie muffins or frankenberry cereal
