Good morning all. Small breakfast sesame bagel with cream cheese, banana,coffee water.No gym.Went on a long hike this am before it started to get to hot and muggy.Not sure about lunch or dinner.Today I am grateful for air conditioning and the electricity that runs it.Hope everyone has a good weekend.
 
Back is out bad today. Worst it’s been in years. Ice…tens unit… massage… relax…

Probably doing nothing today. Maybe pool time to loosen it up.
 
The sticky pads you place on your body and it sends an electric current to loosen up tight muscles. Very good at loosening bothersome areas.
 
Went to bbq even here paid 20 for shorty food and sweat through my tank didn’t see anybody I knew and right when I got home friend poated he was there so I got in car to go back and text his wife was hot and wanted to leave hahah so I bought lotto tickets
 
Oh yeah patrolling huh,what do you know about patrolling @Cluster. What is your proper dispersion in a patrol? When halted can you do a herring bone? How about satellite patrolling? How many fire teams you patrol with?
