Good morning all.Got drunk last night,so i said fuck the gym this morning.Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,3 pieces of whole wheat toast,4 turkey sausage,banana,coffee and water.Not sure about lunch the home owners where were working at said they would buy us lunch today.Dinner will ahi steak,with basmati and a salad.Today i am grateful for the home owners generosity.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Samo samo for me. Probably no training for me today.

Contractors working at our house always get full bathroom privileges and fed.
 
Early morning gym. Upper. Ate some eggs and bagels. Ate some chicken. Took a nap. I’m living the dream.
