Good morning all.no gym.Breakfast was cherry frosted poptarts,4 turkey sausage,strawberries and a banana,coffee and water.Lunch will be two turkey n white american lite mayo lettuce tomato on whole wheat bread,apple turnover,cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner.Today i am grateful again for the home owners generosity i got a 8ft table for family gatherings,air compressor,10x10 canopy all for free.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
