Morning all.Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,R1 shake,1 plain bagel,grapes and water. Working half day then gonna get some fishing in going for trout see if I can get some dinner for us.Not sure if I’m gonna lift later.Hope everyone has a relaxing weekend.
 
Had donuts for dads bday dropped some off yo girl. Also bacon then Denver steaks. Making thighs and rice for later might eat some psys with the girl. She will get small dose so it’s most just a sexual enhancer cause last time didn’t go well

Today is treat day so for breakfast had an everything skillet with three eggs. Lunch protein shake and nice bar. Dinner have reservations for Texas Roadhouse per wife’s request. Killer leg day warm up on elliptical then six different leg exercises with failures drop sets and isoholds to finish four of the six.
 
Ya. Can’t ever finish all the food I get. Since been eating like six meals a day they are smaller meals. Them restaurants load up the food.
