Had Greek yogurt and casein to start the day having greek yogurt and apple pre workout, pro cookie after and some chicken and cauliflower rice later

I get 2x of the big Kirkland ones from costco because I use it so much
2 home made breakfast burritos featuring 2 large (10”) flour tortillas, 2 whole eggs, 4 whites, 28 g shredded cheese, 2 slices thick cut bacon
Lunch will be steak sandwich
A shake In there somewhere with 3 egg whites, 8 oz chocolate milk, 16 g powder PB, 35 g whey Isolate.
Tonight, maybe leftover brisket from the weekend… didn’t post pictures, been in a funk

This days diet was JAIL food. Bologna sandwhich some brownish gray meat Pattie’s and pasta with mystery meat and cold green beans from a can.
Stupid wolf dog just about bit off my nose so I shoved him and he hurt his leg. Son went nuts said it was all my fault ram to his moms and she called cops and told them I abuse animals. Of course we are on the eve of getting child support adjusted cause a daughter that lives with her turned 18 a while ago and she needs a new body in the house to remain status quo on support. So this was the perfect opportunity to get into his head. Stupid bitch. If that dog reaches full size and does that he gonna really fuck someone up. She should’ve supported my thought of giving him away to a friend that has raised wolves for last 40 years and has wolves that will allow him in the pack and do the training themselves. My dogs rejected this pup from the beginning and he was confused didn’t know where he belonged and was becoming a lone wolf. I did everything I was taught by two professionals and wasn’t working and he was getting extremely food aggressive. I was trying to train it out of him but he was just in survival mode so it was a useless cause. Since he has been with my friend for a couple days his wolves have adopted the pup and put him in his place now he is a dream. This all happened about five days ago. Don’t know why took cops so long to deal with it. Anyways after information was collected I got out have zero charges. Just have a lot of animosity now between the kids and me cause their fucking mom is all over this shit trying to once again destroy the relationship between me and the kids. I spent $,4000 getting that pup you would think I would be the last one to see him go.
