Good morning all.Breakfast was raisin bran,4 HB eggs no yolk,R1 shake blended with strawberries,water and real man’s coffee.Doin bis later.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
Had apple and 2 scoops of isolate for breakfast, pro cookie after e workout. Have 2 cans of chicken breast with Greek yogurt and mustard mixed to make lettuce wraps all day. Greek yogurt and casein before bed
