Good morning all.Breakfast was raisin bran,4 HB eggs no yolk,R1 shake blended with strawberries,water and real man’s coffee.Doin bis later.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Had apple and 2 scoops of isolate for breakfast, pro cookie after e workout. Have 2 cans of chicken breast with Greek yogurt and mustard mixed to make lettuce wraps all day. Greek yogurt and casein before bed
 
Back from vacation and back on the path. Feel like a fat fuck after this week and I ate pretty well. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow
 
Just started taking my blood sugar. Took it after breakfast was 131 that’s pretty normal correct?

I believe that’s right at the high end of normal for a non diabetic after eating.
