June 30th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all.Im going home til Monday…I haven’t been home since Christmas.Gonna work the 3 days and spend time with my kid.Im just checking in,my diet has been shitty lately,and no gym for over two weeks.Hope everyone has a good weekend.
 
Hitting legs tonight. Scrambled eggs and fried potatoes for breakfast. Chocolate milk and honey bun. Lunch was lasagna. Then had two bison burgers. Dinner was steak, green beans, fried green tomatoes, fried squash, and pasta salad.
 
Not sure what happened but after the gym instead of my usual mass gainer shake and bowl of cereal before bed. I went in ate a bag of barbecue chips, 6 boiled eggs no yolk, honeybun, 4 muffins, and then a big bowl of Frosted Flakes

One day I’m gofinto try and meet up with mossy on way to or back from cincy and we will have almyhe food togwther
