June 3rd Issue Of Bullshit.

Hi all. No work today. Went to gym for the 2nd time in about a month,did a light,but full body work out,im beat,was bringin bundles of shingles up the ladder yesterday, a great workout....anyways,ran some errands,stopped by exs house to play with my dogs for a little bit,they are one of the FEW guarantees in my life to bring me joy 100% of the time,like fishing,and killing animals.back home now,I'm fuckin starving,so lunch will be,
2 chic breasts,egged n breaded, on top stove witwith light avocado oil,basmati rice,a salad,romaine lett,tomatoes,parsley,red onion,bell peppers,zesty Italian dressing.every vegetable is home grown between the exwife and I,except the red onion.Food taster better when you grow it,or kill it.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Killing back workout and feeling stronger than I have in weeks maybe the drol but also probably not be fos. I did realize I forgot to shot today as I was up earlier and things go thrown off. So will stop half home and do shot after make protein shake the. Head to work
 
I just weighted a half serving of peanut butter on one slice of bread to go with shake at home so I could stick in 500 calories range
 
Back, Bis (please forgive me) and Cardio lol. Eating the usual just less. Chicken and rice, yogurt and almonds, eggs and potatoes, steak fajita with peppers and onions.
