June 4th edition of diets and training

Might squeeze a workout in after work tonight but so far it’s been toast and scrambled eggs. About to eat some yogurt and cottage cheese with crackers. Chicken salad wraps at lunch and chicken and rice for dinner. Hope everyone has a decent weekend
 
Morning going to have chicken broccoli and cantaloupe on this morning, will have a bagel with some almond butter and a shake before I go hit legs. Then oatmeal after. Haven’t decided on dinner but pre bed is 2 servings of Greek yogurt with a scoop of casein and 2tbsp almond butter
 
Morning UGM!

Diets: we had breakfast out in the community, some Spanish empanadas with coffee. Going for a shake with oats in a bit. Later
Turkey burger

Training: I want to train lower back & Tris later, hopefully I will get some time
 
1st meal was 6 whole eggs fried and 10 smoked sausages with my morning Dew. 2nd was a shake. Steak and pasta for lunch. Smothered in parmesan cheese. No training today. Going to hang out with the kids and take them down to the lake to swim for a little bit. Swimming wears me out anymore
