Weighed in at 206.4 this morning… since September last year I’m down 30 lbs and look like I used to look when I last competed 8 years ago at 35, rather than looking like a 43 year old ball of chewed gum… hurt my shoulder yesterday, so iso lateral training will be the name of my game when it comes to any push exercises for the next couple weeks, biceps, triceps and back will the touch and go with the left side… soft tissue damage sucks…
Food today has been 1 1/8 cup egg whites w/ 2 whole eggs, 2 Turkey bacon, 1/2 cup dry oats with 75 g blueberries.
32 g whey/casein mix with 3 rice cakes
6.5 oz 99% lean Turkey, 275 g white potato, 50 g each black beans and corn
Later another 32 g whey/casein, along with 6 oz egg whites and 8 oz chocolate milk, and dinner will probably be a big fat juicy burger… leftovers from grilling for my youngest daughter and her boyfriend the other night
