Keep in mind there is a wide array of individuals from different backgrounds and holding different skill sets.

We have several professional health care workers here that make suggestions often. We have a tenured barrister that has done the same. There’s highly competitive bodybuilders and powerlifters. There’s dudes that have been in the aas game before the internet was a common thing. We got professional a-holes, cranky types, funny types….military from all branches.

There’s probably not much that can’t be solved, answered or at least get someone pointed in the right direction.

Theres boards where people want others to fail so they feel better about themselves. Complete assholes to everyone. That shit isnt needed and tho we’ve had them try to join up here its good members and staff have always been good at stopping that shit early.

I want everybody to reach their goals but also be safe Wilhite doing so. I don’t get the wanting others to fail. I can’t handle putting negativity in my life it only brings you down with it

Ya. This is not only a place to get good information and advice and encouragement. But it like family. Support, love, chastised when needed. Folks here really care. Matter of fact, and I’ve said this before, here I can be transparent about everything. I cannot do that in real life so folks here know me better then most people in my day to day life.

Angiotensin receptor blocker!

Telmisartan is the one that will benefit us in the AAS world the most.

Not the most effective at lowering BP but certain the most renal, Neuro, and cardio protective and certainly the highest PPAR activity amongst the ARB family of drugs. It’s shown help prevent left ventricular Hypertrophy and reduce cardiac remodeling.

Protective effects are seen as low as 15-20 mg I believe, most wouldn’t see any BP effect at this dose but it would still be doing all it’s good work for you. I take 40mg daily to keep my BP in the low 100’s.
