I have never brewed the bold cyp but with test cyp, since it doesn’t want to dissolve as easily as let’s say deca or test e, I use a hot water bath and a magnetic stirrer. It takes about 15mins to dissolve well then u leave it in the stirrer for about another 20min. I put it back in a water bath to heat up the oil so that it flows easier into my filter and then I filter into sterile vials. I don’t do a lot at once because it’s for just my personal use. If you are going high quantity I would get a vacuum filter

I wouldn’t chance it personally, I would toss it and get the PTFE filters then try again. I also use MCT oil that is prefiltered and sterilised. Of course I filter it again with the .22micron filter. Pes is a no go with BB though

Does it matter if the filters are sterile considering they are doing the sterilization?

Yes buy sterile filters. Individually sealed. Amazon has them or did pretty cheap

Cool. Also do you buy powder in small increments or 10s of grams? Is the quality the same?

I can only say that I test my powders with a lab max kit ( or could use roidtest) and a melt point test for a rough idea of purity. Only way to know for sure would be find a lab to send it to.
